In a bid to increase public knowledge on the increasing authoritarian influence in Nigeria, KDI with the support of the International Republican Institute (IRI) in a 2-day expository workshop, trained its 37 democracy champions and media influencers from across the country. These champions are fully equipped to create awareness of the soft ways authoritarian government is undermining democracies. Also, to build social power and resilience towards securing Nigerian’s democracy.
