Enhancing Girl Child Education is a project organized by KDI in conjunction with Youthub Africa. The project was set to accomplish the eradication of child illiteracy in education. The first edition of the program was organized on the 8th June, 2016 with the presence of over 120 participants from selected members of CSOs in the state, religious leaders, community leaders, teachers, head-boys and girls from government and private schools and members of Ministry of Women Affairs of the State. The activities done during the  program was a symposium and screening of a documentary on Yousafzai Malala.
